Very Important Please Read

On your settlement statement you will find an item “Common Benefit Fees” Some laywer’s believe they can charge you 8% plus 32% for their attorney fees. Wrong ! Section 9.2.1 of the Master Settlement Agreement says the Common Benefit Fees must come out of the attorney fees. I got my attorney to admit this today after questioning my settlement statement. Also the Private Liens are being taken at 15% even though they haven’t auditted them yet. You should get some back if your medical bills aren’t to high. Hope this helps?
